Nature of Services 

Bare Branding provides strategy, incubation, and operational infrastructure via two primary pillars:

• Aurumverse: RWA consulting to bridge cryptocurrency into real-world real estate ecosystems.

• Autom8: AI agent deployment for digital marketing and revenue stream optimization.

Bare Branding and its operators are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or legal counsel. All content provided—specifically regarding the transition of $250,000+ in liquid assets into Real-World Assets—is for educational and adoption strategy purposes only. All investment involves risk; on-chain real estate carries unique liquidity and smart contract risks.

Legacy Marketing  

Our services are forged from an extensive operational history in the digital marketing and marketing entry spaces. Clients acknowledge that Bare Branding uses this legacy expertise to build AI systems. However, while we build "Revenue Infrastructure," we do not guarantee specific financial returns or "get-rich-quick" outcomes. We build systems; you operate them.

Qualified Participant Requirement 

Our RWA consulting is exclusively designed for high-net-worth individuals or entities with a minimum of $250,000 in investable assets. We reserve the right to terminate any strategy conversation or partnership if qualification criteria are not met or if the partnership does not align with our "Build Equity, Not Hype" ethos.

AI & Automated Systems Liability 

By deploying our AI automation (Autom8), the client acknowledges that AI agents are probabilistic tools. Bare Branding is not liable for errors in AI-generated content, automated replies, or autonomous marketing execution. The "Human-in-the-Loop" principle is recommended for all high-stakes revenue streams.

Intellectual Property 

All proprietary "RWA Bridge" frameworks, AI workflow diagrams, and "Operator-led" systems developed by Bare Branding remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-transferable license for internal use only.

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (where the company maintains its principal place of business) for all matters relating to service delivery and client disputes. However, matters relating to the internal governance and organization of Bare Branding LLC shall be governed by the Limited Liability Company Act of the State of Delaware. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
