Meet Crystal

Crystal is a serial entrepreneur obsessed with the world of growth. With a background in Finance, she unexpectedly found herself in the Cosmetic industry while in college—an experience that set the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey.

 

She went on to open a salon, build and lead teams, dive into commercial real estate, and create an online lash extension course that was later acquired by a larger brand. That acquisition was her gateway into e-commerce, and from there, she fell in love with digital marketing.

Crystal became relentless in mastering every aspect of online growth—Facebook ads, Google keywords, content creation, videography, photography, copywriting, AI automations, and beyond. As her technical skills expanded, so did her network. She took on freelance projects, drawing inspiration from fellow entrepreneurs and discovering a deep passion for brand storytelling—connecting human emotion to business.

Her mission has always been clear: to guide others in stepping into their best, most authentic selves and to inspire those around her to take charge of their lives.
